Only a limited amount of the sterilization water is circulated rapidly to provide sterilization, heating and cooling. There is no exhaust required before heating which provide low noise and save the steam energy.

1. KEEPING COFFEE FLAVOR INTACT WITH PRECISE HEAT CONTROL

Our coffee-specific autoclave has advanced multi-zone heating tech. It keeps temperatures within ±0.3°C. Short heat times, fast heating and cooling, cut down on the threat of heat by 30%. This keeps 98% of caffeine and 95% of volatile scents in your coffee. Once it’s through Commercial Sterilization, your RTD, concentrate, or specialty brew will still have its real taste.

2. ZLPH’S PATENTED STEAM-AIR MIXING TECH

All our food retort machines use a patented 3D circulation system (Patent: ZL202310XXXXXX). It fine-tunes the steam-air ratio to near-perfect heat transfer (99.2%). This feature is designed for coffee-cream blends and stops fat separation and protein denaturation, which are common with traditional retort canning machine.

3. VARIABLE PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT TO PROTECT THE PACKAGE

The autoclave’s smart pressure compensation keeps the package pressure and chamber difference ≤0.05MPa. It’s been tested on production lines with Starbucks and Nestlé, reducing package failure to <0.02%, and keeping seal integrity perfect.
